YKK AP Issues ”Integrated Report 2024”

Integrated Report 2024 introduces YKK AP’s management strategy, financial and non-financial data, efforts to help solve social issues, and other information which are based on the company’s Purpose, "We Build a Better Society Through Architectural Products," and the Business Policy in its 6th Mid-term Management Plan (FY2021–FY2024), "Providing Social Value through Products and Realizing Manufacturing Reform."  
The FY2024 report describes the progress made toward realizing the "Evolution 2030" vision established last year, as well as specific initiatives for each materiality, including more topics from overseas. In addition, pages on the YKK AP business portfolio page were added to the business strategy section. Efforts have also been made to enhance corporate governance disclosure, including a discussion between three corporate officers regarding the effectiveness of the Board of Directors. In addition, a new schematic diagram has been included to clarify the roles of the reports (Environmental Report, Sustainability Data Book, and Financial Statements) issued by YKK AP.

YKK AP will continue working to create value through its business and proactively disclose information to enhance its communication with stakeholders.
