YKK Corporate Advisor Tadahiro Yoshida is Awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star for Spring 2024
YKK Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. Tadahiro Yoshida, Corporate Advisor for YKK Corporation and YKK AP Inc., has been awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star for Spring 2024. The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star is awarded to individuals who have rendered distinguished service to the nation or the public; in the case of business leaders, it is given to chief executives who have made highly significant contributions to the development of the economy and society. Mr. Yoshida received the award in recognition of his distinguished service to industrial development.
The award ceremony is to be held on May 9 at the Imperial Palace.

I am beyond honored to receive the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star. I have worked to carry on our corporate philosophy, the "Cycle of Goodness"—"No one prospers without rendering benefit to others"—with the aim of bringing about a prosperous society, not only for this company, but also for our customers, people in relevant industries, and members of local communities. I am overjoyed to be recognized in this fashion this year, which marks the 90th year since this company was founded. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your warm guidance and support over the years.
