In 2022, YKK AP's ongoing commitment and development in safety measures were acknowledged through a follow-up assessment conducted every 5 years, leading to the continuation of their certification.

Overview

The product's concept, functionality and convenience were all highly rated, as the following comment shows: "It's so supportive, like when you're holding things in both hands, or you're carrying a sleeping child, or you're holding onto a kid's stroller, and in such a stressful situation in front of your entrance door, the facial recognition feature automatically unlocks the door for you." YKK AP has received the award for 12 consecutive years, since 2012.

YKK AP Taiwan was recognized for its high quality and technical capabilities, receiving the 1st Place award in the Window Systems category for 12 consecutive years.

The BLT Built Design Award is a global architectural design award that recognizes outstanding performance and innovative features along with design excellence. The T Series Entrance Systems, an entrance door product with excellent thermal insulation performance, and the YHS 50 TU Storefront System, a storefront product, received awards.

Overview

CapitaSpring, located in a business district in the center of Singapore, is a 51-story building complex that stands at 280 meters, the second tallest in the country, and features green spaces throughout the building, including the "Green Oasis" surrounded by approximately 38,000 trees and the "Sky Garden" rooftop garden. At the CTBUH Awards 2023, organized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), we received the Award of Excellence in the Systems Award category, which honors building systems that provide reproducible and innovative methods for improving the lives of building users and occupants in high-rise construction.
